The purpose of this self-guided program is to help create thriving families in our chaotic digital world. We want to help parents lead by example, have effective communication, increase confidence and connection , and earn trust - using neuroscience-based techniques to instill new habits and behaviors. It nurtures parent-child bonds, encourages open conversations, and equips parents with essential tools for a more successful, fulfilling life – theirs and their kids.

It is more about self-leadership and communication, then the latest fads or screen time controls for parents.

Week 1: Goal Setting - What do you want for YOU, your kid(s), your family?
Week 2: Framing - Being aware when we are a Mental Mess and when we have Mental Clarity
Week 3: Affirmation - Who are you at your best? Who do you want to become?
Week 4: Stop / Pattern Interrupt Technique. What recurring thoughts hijack your thinking and makes you sad/mad and unproductive?
Week 5: Kindness and Trustworthiness - the best fuel for connecting with others.
Week 6: Starting - Doing - Tenacity - Celebration. Humans are great with ideas and dreams, but often struggle getting started.
Week 7: Smart Trust. We advocate for showing kindness and looking for the good in others, but not blindly.
Week 8: Communication and Influence. When working with our kids or others, we need to be able to communicate and influence effectively.
Week 9: Practice and Sustainability. Knowing does not lead to change. Doing and practicing over and over leads to change, transformation, and getting more of what we want.
