The 4-week program includes weekly 50-minute coaching sessions and daily email support that can be read in a couple minutes. One of the main goals is to CREATE more productive time for your student through their thoughts and actions, NOT take time through lots of reading.
How is this different from therapy?
This coaching program focuses on actionable strategies and tools to help your student build habits, reduce stress, and improve productivity. It’s not a replacement for therapy but complements academic and personal development.
What if my student isn’t sure what they need help with?
