- 4 Weekly One-on-One Sessions:
- First Session: The first session focuses on building trust and understanding your student’s unique challenges and goals. We’ll explore what they hope to achieve, identify any obstacles they may be facing, and introduce key tools and strategies that align with their needs.
- Ongoing Sessions: Each subsequent session is action-oriented and begins with discussing any current challenges or goals. If they’re unsure of what to focus on, we’ll explore together. We’ll apply relevant tools in real-time, working through strategies for overcoming obstacles and making progress. Each session ends with celebrating wins and setting a focus for the next meeting to ensure continuous growth and accountability.
- Daily Email Support: Your student will receive short daily emails designed to help them reach their chosen goal(s) (e.g., academic performance, social confidence, mental health, career preparation, finances, or whatever they'd like to focus on). Each email focuses on one of 7 Key Areas for Success in School, Work and Life, with a quote, tip, and question:

- Parent's Role: Your role is to encourage your student, but the relationship is primarily between me and your student. You might say: "I came across Coach Andy who helps college students navigate challenges and prepare for success. He's worked with top executives and business owners around the world, and now supports students like you. This program focuses on goals, confidence, and success. Would you be interested?"
- Student's Role: If your student agrees, I’ll work directly with them to set goals, track and celebrate progress, and apply the tools in the context of their current college life.
How the Process Works:
- Sign Up or Schedule an Intro Call: You or your student can sign up or schedule a free introductory call to ask questions and discuss the program.
- Introductory Session: In this session, I’ll build trust with your student, understand their goals and concerns, and introduce key concepts and tools. I’ll also share a personalized toolkit to support their journey.
- Goal-Oriented Sessions: Each session begins with discussing what's on your student's mind and what they'd like to focus on. We’ll explore relevant tools and strategies to help them achieve their goals. Every session ends with a celebration of progress and setting a focus for the next meeting. Daily emails throughout the week as described above.
- Ongoing Support: After the 4-week program, you and your student can choose ongoing sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to continue progress and apply the tools learned.
