Do you face any of these modern day challenges as a parent?
  1. Digital technology: the rise of digital technology has created new challenges. Parents and children are spending more time on devices, and parents must naviage how to balance screen time with other activities.
  2. Parenting in a diverse society: In an increasingly diverse and globalized world, parents must navigate cultural differences and teach their children about empathy and acceptance.
  3. Social media: Social media can be both a blessing and a curse for parents. While it can help parents stay connected with their children and provide a platform for positive interactions, it can also expose children to cyberbullying, inappropriate content, and negative influences.
  4. Work-life balance: Many parents struggle to balance the demands of work and family life. Finding time to spend with children while also pursuing a career can be a significant challenge and leave us unfulfilled at work and at home.
  5. Negative self-talk or imposter syndrome hindering your progress: Parents may struggle with negative self-talk or imposter syndrome, which can hinder their progress and lead to self-doubt. This can make it difficult for parents to take risks, try new things, or pursue their goals and dreams.
  6. Persistent anxiety, stress, and frustration despite previous achievements: Even if parents have achieved success in their personal and professional lives, they may still struggle with anxiety, stress, and frustration. This can make it difficult for them to enjoy their successes and may cause them to feel like they are never doing enough.
  7. Keeping up with changing societal norms: Societal norms and expectations are constantly changing, and parents may feel pressure to keep up with the latest parenting trends and techniques. This can be overwhelming and may cause parents to question their own parenting skills and decisions.
  8. Consumerism and the desire to want everything: In today's society, children are bombarded with messages that promote materialism and the desire to want everything. This can put pressure on parents to keep up with the latest trends and provide their children with the latest gadgets and toys, even if they cannot afford it.

3) We want to equip good parents with foundational tools to build sustainable breakthrough results as quickly as possible.
4) We're on a mission to equip leaders of all kinds to use their bold start as a multiplying force for good in their families, work environments and communities.

What is neurencoding?
Simple, evidence-based neuroscience tools to program your brain for success by utilizing more of your entire nervous system, also called multi-sensory learning, and automatically default to our best, more productive behaviors. We have been trained to master a handfull of modalities by one of the foremost leaders in the world in behavior modification and human transformation. Much of the 9-week program is based on neuroencoding, however many other evidence-based tools and certifications are used based on our vast experiences coaching in teams and coaching business owners and executives to achieve ambitious, breakthrough results.
