My Journey: Engineer, Global VP, Coach
With over 30 years of experience, starting as an engineer and culminating as a Global VP of Sales and Marketing for a Fortune 500 conglomerate, I understand the demands of leadership firsthand. For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to coaching leaders and their teams, grounding my approach in the neuroscience of change, trust-building, holistic well-being, and modeling behaviors that inspire growth and business results. I greatly accelerated my career and life satisfaction through the awesome coaches I have had throughout my career.
